ARTA Asset Management Limited (“AAML”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the Asset Management Department of ARTA Techfin. Services offered by AAML include asset management, investment management, investment consulting, external asset management and securities brokerage services. AAML’s service clients include institutional investors, family offices and professional investors. AAML holds the following licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC): Dealing in Securities (type 1), Advising on Securities (type 4), Asset Management (type 9).
